And linking this to the topic yesterday about the links in Wired about hacking:
from this story about the leaked ACMA list earlier in the year [that
Conroy said was fake, btw]
http://www.news.com.au/millions-visiting-blacklisted-sites/story-0-1225699489690

"ACMA has warned that anyone who republishes the list or attempts to
access child pornography sites on it could face up to 10 years in prison.
It has also warned that linking to sites on the list could incur
fines of up to $11,000 a day."

So, if someone finds a link on an o/s site or even within an article
that has a link that is deemed RC, how does one know they are linking
to something that would incur such an outrageous fine?

If someone from ACMA is reading this question, I think it deserves an answer.

Local radio is going to deal with the filter topic again on ABC
Melbourne with Tim Cox after 9am.
