Apparentely someone did this in 1997 with the RIP internet on B party
charging. Made himself very unpopular with the Richard Alston person.

Even got mentioned in the Hansard as the Koltai disinformation campaign
- but I believe every senatorial office and parliamentary fax machine
was busy for about three days.

Yes I got a wrap across the knuckles - did we get "B" party charging? No
we did not. Spam via facsimile would appear to work.
