Not when you've seen how much water flows through Siberia - which is to become the new wheat bowl of the world once the permafrost melts.

(ps. this is being seriously countenanced by insurance assessors world-wide - who, unlike many others, have a vested interest in prediction of climate change and its environmental impact)
