Yes, anything.

Perhaps I wasn't eloquent enough. When I meant 'dedicated', I was
trying to determine who used a dedicated RSS app, a dedicated mail
app, and for web browsing, a browser app. My intent was to discover
who uses the 'swiss-army-knife' model of applications, whereby one app
does it all (or tries to).

Granted, a number of dedicated/specialised/customised apps cross over
into different areas of functionality, but I see two alternative views
of the universe: those who use a shovel to dig a hole, and hammer to
strike a nail, but also another group who use a multi-purpose thingamy
to dig holes and strike nails.

(and I'm not suggesting that one approach is necessarily better than
the other - it's more a case of work habits and often habitual
patterns of behaviour.)
