There's a link at the bottom of the page that says where the data is 
coming from.
The CFS list updates about every 5 minutes. I was watching it all day Saturday.

I do a search for my town name(s) and find out what's going on.

Best to any linkers themselves or friends and family involved in 
this. It's terrible.
