A heartwarming and practical sentiment. It's a shame people jumble up
the numbers though. The $128M is for the entire Cyber-Safety program,
which includes Good Things like funding for police investigations and
education for teachers and students. "Only" $44M is for the Internet
"filtering"/censorship.
