If it was direct, it would alleviate the store and forward delay 
problem associated with SMS. I also had a friend whose sms memory had 
filled up and didn't get my message. I didn't know that was possible 
until it happened last Friday. I was definitely aware of the SMS 
problem, though.

The Royal Commission lead commissioner was on Jon Faine this morning. 
They will be open to public submissions. One area they mentioned 
specifically was communication improvement.
