[LINK] facebook legal papers may not be legally delivered after all

Interesting follow-up on the recent story about courts finding that 
legal papers 'served' to someone on their Facebook account was 
kosher. Well, maybe not. And the reason: doing so would be outside 
the T&Cs of Facebook itself.


Problems with courts ordering service by Facebook

In December last year this column broke the news that a court in 
Canberra had ordered that a

judgement could be served by Facebook.

However, the position may not be so straightforward - it may be that 
a Facebook user is not entitled to use the service to serve court documents.
