AustLII certainly blazed the trail, but all of the state/territory/federal responsible areas (parliamentary counsels, offices of legislative drafting, etc) have good websites with Acts and Bills (and Regs and ...) online very quickly; some if not all make it part of the legislative process. ComLaw (the fed one) states up front its role is "to bring low- or no-cost access to the law for the community ".

AustLII is still awesome for their access to court materials and other non-legislative information though.
