Fascinating - that fills a huge hole in the numbers of persons that are
not connected to the interent at home or at work.

Wondering if the ABS are aware of this growth in figures of library
internet utilisation......
Obviously needs to be assessed as possibly the only manner that many can
afford to become involved with the technology.
