I would think that using the name of a former Democrat President to 
redirect to the Republican National Committee is surely a breach of 
the bad faith test mentioned in the panel's findings: (iv) to attract 
Internet users by confusing them  .  Consider if you clicked on 
www.kevinrudd.com.au and ended up at the Liberal Party website. Isn't 
that intentional confusion? I wonder if this is a sign that the 
arbitration panel is made up of Bush/Republican cronies and is 
therefore corrupt.
