Its OK Ivan, it's probnably just some smarta***ed telstra ex-employee
putting Telstra's AS 1292 into Stephens Internet Filter....

Service will be resumed as soon as the filter trial is over.
In the meanwhile - no-one should pay their Telstra bills in support for
the brave lone dissenter.
