From listening to ACMA staffers answer questions in Senate Estimates,
I was left with the distinct impression that the flushing of bad
entries happened relatively infrequently.
If the leaked list is a superset of the ACMA blacklist -- and further
news from Wikileaks overnight suggests that it is -- then new entries
are added several times a month as they come up. Old entries are only
checked... well... I don't recall a specific timeframe being given but
it felt like a handful of times per year was what we were looking at.
Only an impression...
