Is there a (non-crazy and non-stupid looking) site in australia which
is tracking election promises, a la the Obama-tracking sites that
have sprung up here in the US?

I'd love to see a professional looking site, run by some reasonably
non-partisan group (do they exist? :) which tracks election promises
at pretty much every level. I'd be happy with federal, but I reckon
being able to track official comunication right down to local
council levels at a later date would be a fantastic resource.
