Yes.

Working down from the largest, Telstra chose not to participate. Optus  
and iiNet applied. Optus is still in negotiations. iiNet has withdrawn  
its application to participate. iPrimus IS in the first batch of six  
ISPs in the trial, along with Tech 2U, Webshield, OMNIconnect, Highway  
1 and Netforce.
