I'm joining the party late, but ...

1. Safari 3.0.4 (523.12.2) fired up QuickTime Player 7.4.1 (14), and
I'm listening to the piano (which is in a different key to what's on
ABC-FM, so I'll turn it off now).

I can't see where in Safari to check the relevant settings.

Google Maps tells me "To use street view, you need Adobe Flash Player
version 9 or newer", so maybe I managed to get rid of Flash sometime.

2. Firefox/3.0.5 (okay, I know, I'm naughty, I'm 0.0.3 or so behind)
offers a choice of QuickTime or 'Choose App', seemingly ignoring the
RealOne Player - ah v.9.0.0.228 (only used for playing ABC-FM when
I'm in Hong Kong). And choosing QuickTime sets the piano playing
again.

Streetview fires up fine, so maybe that means I have Flash installed
in Firefox. Yes - Prefs/Apps confirms that. But RTSP is
specifically pointed at QuickTime, so all is well (for me, and
presumably therefore for other people who don't muck around down at
those levels).
