Yes .. DimDim does appear suitable, Tom.
Also of interest, at the (imho) 'home' for open source, (www.ohloh.net)
DimDim is right up there of course but naturally there are others also.
Eg, https://www.ohloh.net/p?query=conference
with Openmeetings, ePresence etc, OS apps, all rating quite well indeed.
Such apps seem appropriate, and, may also seem well worth investigating?
If this initiative is to be a model for sitting members, Pia, as we hope,
taking some time to find maybe one best model would seem time well spent?
