I must say, I am seriously impressed. 
The current Government is actually asking for feedback on how it's doing
and could it do it better still.

Richard Alston, if you are still out there.... This is how Government
should be run.
May you rot in hell for holding back Australian communications
development for 13 years.

Sorry folks.... Shouldn't emote, but hell, I'm 52, and will be sixty
before the FTTH is a reality. 
Thanks to uncle Richard, I may not actually get to enjoy playing Quake
at light speed before it becomes irrelevant.
