Oops, I re-read that last posting - and it needs some additional
clarification.

The Customer ARPU for all TELSTRA IP access in Australia ANNUALLY is
$768.00 per subscriber or $64.02 per month per sub.

If we take into consideration the actual megabytes up/down via PAIX AND
assume that represents 50% of all au IP traffic, then the monthly figure
(traffic based) =

65%  $20.81 x2 = $41.62 p/mth
35%  $11.20 x2 = $22.41 p/mth

So that is close to your figure.

However, the $64.02 per month per sub is the real revenue - i.e.:
Subscribers are charged for a volume of traffic - whether or not they
use it.

In other words - Subscribers under utilise their Telstra IP services by
66%.
