[LINK] Individual book listing/cataloguing software

As a librarian I thought some years ago it would be interesting to catalogue my book collection and put it online which would assist friends and family who might want to borrow something. See <http://tony-barry.emu.id.au/wiki/pmwiki.php/Ningaui/MyBooks>.

I liked many features of the software (Books) but it seem to have mostly only one developer who lacked the time to support the software so I stopped adding books. Things don't seem to have improved <http://books.aetherial.net/wordpress/> so I'm looking at alternatives.

For standalone software on MacOS <http://www.bruji.com/bookpedia/> looks interesting but a social networking book site seems to have leap way ahead in interesting features <http://www.librarything.com>. As a test I put this together in an hour <http://www.librarything.com/catalog/antonybbarry>

Facebook has the WeRead app but it is pretty primitive in comparison.

Does anybody have views or experience on this?
