[LINK] Digital TV and multichannelling

Last night, I watched a bit of the
Senate Debate on the ETS - the
protagonists were Minister Wong
and Senators Brown, Boswell and
Joyce. The topic was where bush
fires fit in the Emissions Accounting.
The minister kept repeating that the
relevant official wasn't in the chamber
and that she would take the question
on notice - for this morning.

Ofcourse for a bushfire you need bush
and it generates regrowth - both mitigate
climate change - so, I would expect it to
be a complex issue. But interesting none
the less.

For those not familiar with the
broadcast - there are two channels
broadcasting the audio with both
showing a split picture of both the
house of reps and senate.
