A blurb about this was included in my 
latest Telstra bill - I thought the 
T-Hub was more akin to iinet's BOB - but 
I confess to not looking at it very closely.

Though you are probably right about 
Telstra trying to imitate Apple - as in 
Sydney - their two stores are opposite 
each other in George St - though 
Telstra was there first.
