I just got told flat out (twice, by different customer service people)
that a mobile phone was a requirement for having a uBank account and
that I couldn't open an account without one.  They use SMS security
tokens and these are a mandatory part of their security system.

I don't know why their online application form says "If you don't have
a mobile, give us a call".  I've emailed them to suggest they fix that.

I'm also wondering what do they do with blind users who can't read
SMS messages?
