Searches using Telstra's own search engine, using the terms on the 
document I was looking for, turned up 7 hits, none of which were the 
page being sought.

And it's PDF.

And it's 1.2MB.

And I can't quickly seen a way to print (the useful bits of) it in 
useable format on the kind of A4-only printer that almost everyone 
has.
