[LINK] Australian Defence Policy on Open Source Software

Does the Australian Department of Defence have a policy on the use of
open source software?

I am preparing a talk on "Engaging the Defence Sector with Open Source"
for OpenSA in Adelaide, 19 April 2010:

It was easy enough to find the US DoD OSS policy:
<http://cio-nii.defense.gov/sites/oss/2009OSS.pdf>.

But I could not find an Australian equivalent. I found only 9 documents
mentioning "Open Source Software" at defence.gov.au
