[LINK] Telstra site security

Noticed this on Whirlpool

"I have just received a letter from Telstra with a URL on it, I enter 
the url in and all my details come up, I change any of the numbers at 
the end of the url and someone else's details come up.

I tried to call Telstra to let them know and get this fixed/shutdown, 
(sic) got the run around from call centre to call centre and then 
eventually hung up on...

Does anybody have a contact with someone at Telstra who can get this 
sorted out?"

Truly mind-boggling.
