Technologies and approaches that have been shown to work & why.
Cool tools & technologies you know & use (including APIs and systems
interfaces & integration techniques).
Tool that allow clients to get public updates in new technologies e.g.
twitter as older tech they may be more familiar with e.g. email (for
example listimonkey.com).
Ways to keep things flexible at low cost.
Case studies pointers to government & other public institutions doing
this well worldwide appreciated also.
