Watching his performance left me with the impression that he lacks the 
intellectual capacity to understand the technicalities and is too lazy 
to even try. Julia Gillard's performance on Q&A left me feeling that, 
while freely admitting to a lack of technical knowledge, she has the 
capacity to make a decent fist of it and a willingness to try.
