I would be happy with much expanded upload/backhaul capacity. 
This is the point I don't hear discussed so much.  It's all about download speeds
and fast access to content.  What I want is provision made for those people 
who are planning to be content providers, those of us who want to run 
a business from home, or telecommute, or share data for projects and so on.
Or even, just been able to access files from home on my mobile device while 
in the field!

I would like to see more focus on this than just purely download performance 
for couch potatoes.
