Yes, I received one of these via email, a few days ago - 
complete with this has been printed on recycled paper think 
of the environment before printing this email. At least the 
document wasn't on its side!

Lucky my sight is still good enough to read it - just.

On the other hand for printing, the layout control in PDF is 
very useful.
