[LINK] Cyber-war erupts over WikiLeaks

An odd headline, given that wikileaks itself has been under a sustained cyber-war attack for some time now. Is it that if the attack comes from or is in tune with the US government it's not cyber war?
Pretty scrappy article too. This is journalism today? Maybe it was written by a ... huhhmmm ... young person.
