Of course, everyone is biased.
And in my experience, it´s "Graphics Designers" without a clue of HTML
standards -or with a clue but just being lazy- who brought us
"Flash-only web sites" that are not web sites at all, but an empty
HTML frame with a big freaking Flash applet inside, for instance.
The same people who put look over content are the ones that then
create pixel-perfect, 2400dpi PDF files thinking it´s just a
"container format to send to a printer", when IMHO they should be
rather using the "print to a .ps file" option if they´re only
interested in final paper output rather than document _portability_
and readability across different OSs and resolutions.
