Thanks, Ben. I wonder how this code would work and still maintain the 
right to due process by the consumer? I think the copyright law is 
there for the industry to apply if they wish. It's just that they 
don't want to be seen as the bad guys and incur the court costs if 
they do. Trying to pass this off to the ISPs was just a way to let 
the ISPs take the heat. Someone would have had to take some action of 
enforcement and ISPs know that if they start accusing customers of 
copyright breaches, on IP that isn't theirs to police, they could 
easily open themselves up for lawsuits.

It's nasty no matter which way anyone jumps on this one.
