Your ongoing attention to such matters over the years, Rene, which do
have potential to impact on all .au denizens, is appreciated. Perhaps
you have seen recent list-email by Bob Bain in particular on ASCELSIC
which also reflect somewhat similiar areas of concern, and expertise?

Be that as it may, many/most Linkers anyway might think proactive Gov
measures can be more effective, and to that end, they ARE trying. For
example, this Tuesday is Aussie Gov supported as, 'Safer Internet Day'

And our Government does raise such matters for school-based attention:
