I filed a complaint yesterday for a call from an insulation sales 
company. That resulted in email from the Register service (actually 
two copies to my same address) with this tacked on at the bottom. The 
process worked fine once I just tried a new registration. There is no 
RENEW option. I think that's going to confuse people.
