Stil & the AG were referring to www.pm.gov.au, which remains operational.
The attack seems to be centred around 202.14.81.230. From what I've read
thus far, that and the DBCDE website (Which is on a different route at
203.9.222.73) appear to be their main targets. Furthermore, this is not a
coordinated attack, this is a distributed attack. So more effective, but
less controllable by whoever is behind it all.

Re the site being defaced, if you read the original language of the original
report, it could be interpreted a number of ways. One way was that there had
been a security breach on the pm.gov.au website. But you'd have to really
stretch your imagination to reach the point where subsequent reports built
it up to being defaced. Original reports said that they "Owned" it. Which
for about 10 minutes.
