Retirement village residents are likely to be older and therefore have
poorer eyesight and well as other difficulties with viewing web pages.
If they are blind, for example, it may be difficult to read the text
contained in the Flash content. They may be using adaptive devices which
are not compatible with Javascript and Flash.
