Just a thought, but how will the Sahana Foundation ensure the quality of the data? Volunteers might make mistakes; there may be mischief makers, or even terrorists... etc.

I guess they could ask for volunteers to check the data. But then they'd need to call for volunteers to check the checkers... etc
