[LINK] another website fiasco - fire alert website

that is supposed to be the "incident updates" page for the Victorian 
CFA. I'm staring at a 404 error. Not a good start to fire season. The 
Age has an article that they had a "glitch" this morning that was 
"fixed in minutes". I guess they were wrong.
