[LINK] Google Blocks Site Containing Disparaging Joke About Kevin Rudd *

Safe search was off.

The search result was only filtered (in the sense of yielding a
Chilling Effects notice) for a a few days between October 19 2008 and
October 21 2008. As discussed in the original article, I narrowed the
filtered search result down to a page containing a very specific joke
about Kevin Rudd using various phrases from a joke. Of course, I don't
think the joke was what caused the filter to be invoked - I suspect
Google was filtering a broader range of material or a page that
happened to contain the joke.
