[LINK] Digital dividend green paper

Submissions on the "Digital Dividend" (re-use of the analogue TV
spectrum) are due by COB Friday 26th February.
I've submitted our 2008 "Far Flung" proposal to connect the analogue
broadcast infrastructure to the NBN.
