[LINK] debate about cyberwarfare

If you want to hear a debate that reflects some of the leading 
thinkers in the US about the threat of cyberwarfare (and the 
corollary of what is going on about it)
Marc Rottenberg, Bruce Schneier, Mike McConnell (former NSA, now Booz 
Hamilton, something it's important to know in terms of his rhetoric) 
and Jonathan Zittrain (Harvard Law). Change from the initial vote to 
the final vote is enough to make me weep.
