I finally just scanned in a sig and saved it as a file. Then I just
incorporate it in the letter or document as required if possible.
Sometimes you have to be a little creative if the form is a PDF. My
argument is as yours: if a digital sig on a fax is acceptable, a
scanned sig in a file should be equally valid.
