Funny you should quote this. I'm listening to the TWIG podcast from late May

and they're talking about this phenomenon of starting with open,
building a business, then 'discovering' capitalism and shifting to
closed, a la Steve Jobs (OS10 being based on Open; their words).
This is an interesting podcast because they also go into discussion
of Facebook, Google, Android, and other topics. 1hour20min.
The discussion about the Facebook privacy settings is fascinating.
