[LINK] "Refused Classification" public submissions published

The "Submissions on measures to increase accountability and transparency for Refused Classification material" are slowly being published by DBCDE at http://www.dbcde.gov.au/funding_and_programs/cybersafety_plan/transparency_measures/submissions (or http://bit.ly/9DGXZx for the urly challenged).

The links are all there but the documents are only gradually appearing behind them, so expect to see 404s for a while.

The website's also likely to be hit fairly heavily by the #nocleanfeed crowd, so expect timeouts and other errors.
