I haven't cross-checked with the Hansard, but having listened to the audio a couple of times I don't think URLs were mentioned specifically by name anywhere in Friday's session.
However I did discuss the EU Directive with someone in a previous podcast, a guy from Verizon Business in Belgium who dealt with such issues, and he explained that at least in Europe they record the domains but not the individual pages represented by a URL.

The various news stories since June have IIRC just said that the Australian not-quite-plans were similar to the EU Directive, but then there is Ben Grubb's report than the recording of URLs was at least discussed.

The third voice asking questions is committee chair Senator Mary Jo Fisher, a Liberal Senator from South Australia.
