Thanks for this, because in addition to choosing PDF and RTF for the
report, the URLs for both files on that site have been timing out
since around the time you posted and probably earlier.  My little
"wget -t 0" effort has nearly hit 200 attempts (approx. 80 seconds
between the start of each attempt) and does not look likely to succeed
(from two different systems, well, three if you count the one in
America which received 403 forbidden errors).
