Bending to querulous demands for endless studies, assessments and 
reports could easily fritter away more than the headline cost of the 
NBN. Since /Networking the Nation/ we've had the better part of two 
decades of talking, but the querulous, it seems, will never be satisfied.

I'd much rather my $5 per week went to achieving something, than to more
