An acronym in use for some time now is BOTPA:
Blame it On The Privacy Act
e.g. http://www.privacy.org.au/Resources/BOTPA.html

Applying the same logic:
Blame it On Google = BOG

So now we can not only get bogged down, but bogged up as well.
