I hope they provide purls and not just the standard original links. 
Otherwise these 'reports' are useless and have no life assurance. 
Data maintenance is always one of the key components of these 
aggregation services. Someone needs to do link-checking. Once they 
are carved in a document (probably PDFs, too), the document is dead.
